Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: this antibody detects a band of approximately 40 kDa.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Hintergrund: LAIR-1 is a 40kD cell surface molecule that functions as an inhibitory receptor on natural killer cells, monocytes and T cells.
