Spezifität
- This antibody recognises CD210, a cell surface glycoprotein of approximately 110KD, also known as Interleukin-10 Receptor (IL-10R). The epitope recognised by this antibody has been localised to the ligand binding domain within the extracellular region of mouse CD210. This clone is reported to neutralize the effects of IL-10 (1). SM2046A is recommended for Functional Studies.

-
Immunogen
- Purified recombinant epitope tagged extracellular region of mouse CD210. Spleen cells from immunised Fisher rats were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line.

Applikationshinweise
-
Flow Cytometry (1/10-1/100): Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Due to low expression of CD210, sensitive staining techniques may be required.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
