Flow cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells. Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: under non-reducing conditions. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
