Handhabung

Rekonstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Konzentration: 1.0 mg/mL (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01 % Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.

Informationen zur Lagerung: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
