Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Anti-Laminin antibodies have been used for indirect trapping ELISA for quantitation ofantigen in serum using a standard curve, for Immunoprecipitation and for Western blottingfor highly sensitive qualitative analysis. Recommended Dilutions: This product was assayed by immunoblot and found to bereactive against Laminin at a dilution of 1: 5,000 to 1: 10,000. This product was also assayedagainst 1.0 μg of Laminin in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase ConjugatedStreptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substratefor 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 4,000 to 1: 8,000 of the stockconcentration is suggested for this product. For Immunohistochemistry on paraffinembedded tissue dilute the product 1: 50 to 1: 200.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Handhabung

Konzentration: 1.0 mg/mL (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01 % sodium azide as preservative and 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.
