Western Blotting (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
Spezifität
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Mutarotase [Porcine Kidney]. Cross reactivity against Mutarotase from other sources is unknown.
Aufreinigung
Prepared from monospecific antiserum by a Delipidation and Defibrination.
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostimmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Mutarotase[Porcine Kidney] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated AffinityPurified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) (R1364HRP) and ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 8,000 to 1: 40,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Mutarotase catalyzes the conversion, by mutarotation, of beta D galactose to alpha D galactose during normal galactose metabolism. It is also active on D glucose, L arabinose, D xylose, maltose and lactose.Synonyms: BLOCK25, GALM, Galactose mutarotase
