Applikationshinweise
-
ELISA: Direct - To detect mIL-22 by direct ELISA (using 100 l/well antibody solution) this antibodycan be used at a concentration of 0.25 - 1.0 μg/mL, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIL-22. Sandwich - To detect mIL-22 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 l/well antibody solution),a concentration of 0.25 - 1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. In conjunction with apolyclonal anti-murine IL-22 (PP1226P) as the capture antibody at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well ofrecombinant mIL-22 can be detected. Western blot: To detect mIL-22 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detectionlimit for recombinant mIL-22 is 1.5 -3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducingconditions.
Other applications not tested.

Hintergrund
- IL22 is a cytokine structurally related to IL10 and is upregulated in activated T cells. IL22 signals through a receptor complex that includes CRF2-4 and a new member of the class II cytokine receptor family (also known as the interferon receptor family), IL22R. CRF2-4 has previously been demonstrated to be a functional component of the IL-10 signaling complex. IL22 is able to suppress IL4 production, this may have therapeutic potential, particularly in the treatment of asthma.Synonyms: Cytokine Zcyto18, IL-10-related T-cell-derived-inducible factor, IL-22, ILTIF
