Neutralization. Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human IL-22 by Sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibodysolution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinitypurified antibody, in conjunction with Biotinylated anti-Human IL22 (PP1224B1 orPP1224B2) as detection antibody, allows the detection at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well ofrecombinant Human IL-22. Western blot: To detect Human IL-22 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used ata concentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant Human IL-22 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

Hintergrund
- IL22 is a cytokine structurally related to IL10 and is upregulated in activated T cells. IL22 signals through a receptor complex that includes CRF2-4 and a new member of the class II cytokine receptor family (also known as the interferon receptor family), IL22R. CRF2-4 has previously been demonstrated to be a functional component of the IL-10 signaling complex.
