Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISADirect: To detect Human IL-22 by direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well) a concentration of approx. 1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. The Biotinylated antibody allows the detection of atleast 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human IL-22. Sandwich: To detect Human IL-22 by Sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well) a concentration of0.25-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. The Biotinylated antibody, in conjuction withanti-Human IL22 (PP1224P1 or PP1224P2) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of atleast 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human IL-22. Western blot: To detect Human IL-22 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used ata concentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant Human IL-22 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
