Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Direct ELISA: To detect hCXCL16 by indirect ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of approx. 1 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This Biotinylated antibody, allowsthe detection of 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hCXCL16. Sandwich ELISA: To detect hCXCL16 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibodysolution) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This Biotinylatedantibody, in conjunction with Affinity purified anti-Human CXCL16 antibody (PP1204P1 orPP1204P2) as a Capture antibody, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinanthCXCL16. Western Blot: To detect hCXCL16 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. The detection limit for recombinant hCXCL16 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Rekonstitution: Restore in sterile PBS solution containing 0.1 % BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.
