Applikationshinweise

ELISA: (Direct): To detect hTNF-β by direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.25-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonalantibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of atleast 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hTNF-β. (Sandwich): To detect hTNF-β by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.25-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonalantibody, in conjunction with Polyclonal Anti-Human TNF-β (PP1072P1/PP1072P2) as acapture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hTNF-β. Western Blot: To detect hTNF-β by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant hTNF-β is 1.5- 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
