Hintergrund: PACAP receptor (pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide type 1 receptor) is a receptor for PACAP 27 and PACAP 38. It is a G protein coupled receptor (GPCR) that may regulate the release of adrenocorticotropin, luteinising hormone, growth hormone, prolactin, epinephrine, and catecholamine.
