Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA (1/50-1/400). For direct ELISA, coat wells with 1 % glutaraldehyde for 5 minutes at room temperature,followed by 3x PBS wash steps prior to coating with hyaluronic acid.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
