Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Immunofluorescence: Direct FA staining of target antigen in a permissive tissue culturesystem. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Dilution starting range: 1: 15 to 1: 50.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
