Works in ELISA. The antibody can be used as a capture or tracer antibody in enzyme-Immunoassays(See ''Protocols''). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Protokoll
As a capture, the antibody should be immobilized at a concentration of 3 µg/ml in 0. 2 Mcarbonate/bicarbonate buffer, use 50-100 µl/well to coat. As a tracer, the antibody can be conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or biotin as ameans of elaborating the specific reaction.
