Approved: ELISA, Neut (1:400), WB (1:500 - 1:2000)
Usage: This purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. Reactivity is also expected in neutralizations, radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry. The endotoxin content is estimated to be <10 pg/ul by the LAL method. By western blot a band approximately 11 kD in size corresponding to native human MIP-3a protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. - Kommentare
