Spezifität: This Protein A purified antibody was heated to 56 °C for 30 minutes. In ELISA and other immunoreactive assays, this antibody will recognize both native and recombinant human MIP-3a in cell supernatants and certain body fluids. A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG is recommended.

Usage: This purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. Reactivity is also expected in neutralizations, radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry. The endotoxin content is estimated to be <10 pg/ul by the LAL method. By western blot a band approximately 11 kD in size corresponding to native human MIP-3a protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
