    Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration, however as a guideline try:IHC-P: Use a concentration of 1 μg/mL. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.WB: Use a concentration of 1 μg/mL. Detects a band of approximately 53 kDa (hnRNP F), 56 kDa (hnRNP H). (predicted molecular weight: hnRNP F = 49.8 kDa, hnRNP H = 53.9 kDa).
