Western Blot: Preliminary testing showed bands at approx 85+90 kDa in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocytes lysate (calculated MW of 35.0 kDa according to NP_001764.1). The observed MW correspond to glycosylated forms, routinely observed by other sources.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
