Spezifität
|
Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU), a thymidine analogue, is incorporated into DNA during replication. Anti-BrdU reacts with cells that incorporated BrdU during proliferation activity in a variety of specimens such as tumors, blood, cell lines and tissues.
