Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000, 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Flow Cytometry: Dilute the antibody to 25 μg/mL and use 10-20 μL antibody for 1-2 x 10^5 cells in a total volume of 200-250 μL. -
