Western blot analysis of anti-hFGFR2-R22 Pab (ABIN391965) in 293 cell line lysates transiently transfected with the FGFR2 gene (2ug/lane). hFGFR2-R22(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:30 dilution).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
