Spezifität: The antibody detects endogenous level of Smad1 only when phosphorylated at serine 465.

Aufreinigung: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogen: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer465 (I-S-S-V-S (p) ) derived from Human Smad1. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
