Beschreibung: Actin is a globular, roughly 42-kDa protein found in all eukaryotic cells. Actin participatesin many important cellular functions, including muscle contraction cell motility celldivision and cytokinesis vesicle and organelle movement, cell signaling, and theestablishment and maintenance of cell junctions and cell shape. Expression of smoothmuscle alpha actin is regulated by hormones and cell proliferation and is altered bypathological conditions including onogenic transformation and atherosclerosis.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry (Frozen or Formalin-FixedParaffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cell smears)For IHC dilute concentared antibody at 1/50-1/100, use streptavidin~biotin system orpolymer system, incubate 30 minutes at room temperature. Recommended Positive Control: Human uterus, gastrointestinal tissue, Leiomyosarcoma. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
