Flow cytometry: This antibody has been successfully used in FC for Hep3B cells as described in the following paper: Cheung et al, Gastroenterology. 2011 Jan,140(1):344-55, PMID: 20682318. Konzentration: 100µg/200µl

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
