Spezifität: Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU), a thymidine analogue, is incorporated into DNA during replication. Anti-BrdU reacts with cells that incorporated BrdU during proliferation activity in a variety of specimens such as tumors, blood, cell lines and tissues.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
