Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Approx 160kDa band observed in Human Kidney and Mouse Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 58.6kDa according to NP_001018121.1 and 55.4kDa according to NP_005388.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Kershaw et al., J Biol Chem. 1997 Jun 20,272(25):15708-14., PMID: 9188463). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
