Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2,000. Western Blot: Approx 200kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 243kDa according to NP_004136.2). Recommended concentration: 2-6µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
