Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx 250kDa band observed in Human Endothelial Cell line HUVEC lysates (calculated MW of 181kDa according to NP_002932.1). Some of the observed proteolytic breakdown products are also found in Human, Mouse and Rat Brain lysates. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
