Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 75kDa band observed in human heart and human pancreas lysates (calculated MW of 73.3kDa according to NP_114072.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Pancreas, shows granular cytoplasmic staining of acinar cells. Cells of the Islets of Langerhans are weakly stained, if at all. Recommended concentration, 3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
