Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 38kDa band observed in human kidney lysates (calculated MW of 37.4kDa according to BAA33216.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows strong membranous staining in glomerulus-. Recommended concentration, 1-2µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
