Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Approx. 26kDa band observed in lysates of Mouse cell line NIH3T3 ((calculated MW of 29.4kDa according to Human NP_000930.1 and of 26.7kDa according to Mouse NP_032921.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland shows strong cytoplasm staining in select cells in the medulla. Recommended concentration, 2-4µg/ml. Data obtained from previous goat (showing identical WB data).

Konzentration: 100µg/200µl

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
