Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: 1:16000. Western Blot: Consistent band observed in Human Testis and Human Kidney at approx 25kDa with 1 hour incubation of primary.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
