Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 65kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates (predicted MW of 63kDa according to NP_112190.1). Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
