Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx 17kDa band observed in Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 16.7kDa according to Human NP_001614.3 and of 16.8kDa according to Rat NP_058892.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. IHC-Fr: 1/500 - 1/1000. Freeze tissue in isopentane, postfix sections in PFA 2% for 1 hour. IHC-P: 1/100. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the microwave method.

Konzentration: 100µg specific antibody in 200µl

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide. Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
