Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx 55kDa band seen in HeLa lysate (Predicted MW of approx. 58kDa according to NP_001148.1). Recommended for use at 0.2-1µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Placenta shows strong staining of Basement Membrane in trophoblasts. Recommended concentration, 3-5µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide. Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
