Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx. 55-60kDa band observed in lysates of Jurkat and HepG2 (calculated MW of 51.5kDa according to NP_005375.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature (Ikushima et al., Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 1997 Mar 18,94(6):2609-14., PMID: 9122243). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
