Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4,000. Western Blot: experiments gave bands at approx 30kDa and 35kDa in human acute lymphoblastic leukaemia MOLT4 lysate after 0.3 µg/ml antibody staining. These bands correspond to the reported isoforms with calculated MW of 32.8kDa according to NP_647478.1and 30.9kDa according to NP_071444.1. Recommended concentration: 0.1 - 1.0 µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
