Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry (10-20 μg/mL). Western blotting (0.5-4 μg/mL): A 55 kDa band can be detected, corresponding to theexpected molecular weight of Aromatase, an additional 35 kDa band (believed to be thecleavage product of Aromatase) can also be detected in Jurkat cells.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: PBS containing 30 % Glycerol, 0.5 % BSA, 5 mM EDTA and 0.01 % Thimerosal as preservative
