Beschreibung: HLA-class I major histocompatibility (MHC) antigens are intrinsic membrane glycoproteinsexpressed on nucleated cells and noncovalently associated with an invariant beta2microglobulin. They carry foreign determinants important for immune recognition bycytotoxic T cells, thus important for anti-viral and anti-tumour defence. Human HLA-class Iantigens are represented by HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C molecules.

Spezifität: The antibody W6/32 recognises MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ia) that are expressedon the surface of all human nucleated cell types.The antibody W6/32 is a valuable reagent for analysing variations in HLA class I expressionin different disease states e.g. liver disease, muscular dystrophy, inflammatory myopathyand other neuromuscular disorders.This antibody W6/32 is also suitable as a positive control for HLA tissue typing andcrossmatching. This antibody does not react with: Rabbit .

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution is 1: 50.Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

Konzentration: 0.1 mg/ml

Buffer: The reagent is provided in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azideand 0.2% (w/v) high-grade protease free Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) as a stabilizing agent. Preparation: The purified antibody is conjugated with R-Phycoerythrin (PE)

Lagerung: Store in the dark at 2-8 o C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.Short-term exposure to room temperature should not affect the quality of the reagent.However, if reagent is stored under any conditions other than those specified, the conditions must be verified by the user.
