Beschreibung: CD49b is a 160kD glycoprotein that non-covalently associates with the 130kD integrin beta 1 subunit (CD29) to form the VLA-2 complex. CD49b is expressed by platelets, long term cultivated T cells, endothelial cells, monocytes and most adherent cell lines. Alternate Names: ITGA2, GPIa, Collagen Receptor, VLA-2 alpha chain, Integrin alpha-2, Integrin alpha 2, Platelet Membrane Glycoprotein Ia GPIa, Collagen receptor.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry (Neat - 1/5): Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Konzentration: 0.1 mg/ml

Buffer: PBS containing 0.09% Sodium Azide as preservative and 1% BSA as stabilizer.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
