Beschreibung: This package contains one vial of 100 µl antibody solution. The antibody is dissolved in 0.1 M Na-phosphate buffer, 0.15 M NaCl, 1 % BSA, 12.3 mM Na-azide, pH 7.4.

Spezifität: The monoclonal antibody MN-2B4 binds with high affinity to zona radiata proteins (Zrp) in plasma samples from Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), reacting primarily with the b monomer. The antibody also cross-reacts with Zrp from rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and Arctic charr (Salvelinus alpinus). The degree of cross-reactivity differs between species and with the methods employed.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The monoclonal antibody MN-7F2 works well in both ELISA and western blot. Since assay conditions vary, the optimum dilution should be determined for each particular application. Note: The antibody is dissolved in a buffer containing BSA, and is therefore not recommended to use for coating. Normal dilution range: ELISA: 1:100 - 1: 5000. Western blot: 1:100 - 1: 1000
