Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Standard solid phase immunoassays. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Konzentration: 0.292mg/ml (OD280nm) One unit of activity is the amount of antigen that will generate an absorbance of 1.2 when assayed using standard procedure for enzyme immunoassay. Activity will vary with assay conditions.

Reinigung: Purified using immobilized mouse monoclonal anti Scl-70. Homogeneity is verified by SDS-PAGE. Other antigens (Sm, RNP, SSA, Jo-1 and SSB) are not detected with ELISA assays.

Buffer: 0.01M Tris, 0.53M Sodium chloride. Preservative: 0.02% Sodium azide.

Lagerung: Store at –70°C + 10°C. Aliquot to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Inactivation Not applicable
