Immunogen: Donkey anti-Sheep IgG (H + L) was raised in donkey using purified Sheep IgG (H&L) as the immunogen.

Beschreibung: Immunoglobulin G (IgG) are antibody molecules. Each IgG is composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Other Immunoglobulins may be described in terms of polymers with the IgG structure considered the monomer. IgG constitutes 75% of serum immunoglobulins in humans. IgG molecules are synthesized and secreted by plasma B cells.

Reinigung: Affinity purified using solid phase Sheep IgG (H&L)

Buffer: Clear, colorless liquid, 0.2 um filtered, containing 10 mM Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride and 0.05% (w/v) Sodium Azide. Protease/IgG free.

Lagerung: Store at 2-8 °C.
