Immunogen: Alanine transaminase antibody was raised in sheep using porcine alanine transaminase as the immunogen.

Beschreibung: Alanine transaminase or ALT is a transaminase enzyme. It is also called serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) or alanine aminotransferase (ALAT). ALT is found in serum and in various bodily tissues, but is most commonly associated with the liver. It catalyzes the two parts of the alanine cycle.

Anwendungen

Reinigung: Alanine Transaminase antibody was purified by ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.02M K3PO4, pH 7.2, with 0.15M NaCl, and 0.01% NaN3.

Lagerung: Store at 4 °C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 °C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
