Beschreibung: HSPA4(Hsp70) belongs to the heat shock protein 70 family. It was isolated as a putative Rictor interacting protein and interaction with membranes acts as a platform for its release into the extracellular environment during its recovery from stress. Hsp70 gene expression in Rheumatoid Arthitis-affected synovial tissue is followed by Hsp70 cell surface expression on fibroblast-like synovial cells growing from RA synovial tissue.
