Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: 1/4000. Western blot: Approx 26 kDa band observed in Human Heart lysates (calculated MW of25.6 kDa according to NP_659399.2). Recommended concentration: 1 - 3 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 36 kDa. Thisband was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
