Applikationshinweise: ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.5 μg/mL of HIV1 antibody (clone 1027) is used with 0.1 μg/lane ofantigen in reduced SDS-PAGE gel then blotted on PVDF membrane.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
