Beschreibung: B-Phycoerythrin (B-PE), a fluorescent protein from phycobiliprotein family, is isolated fromcyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae. Its primary absorption peak is at 545 nm with asecondary peak at 563 nm.

Spezifität: This antibody reacts to B-Phycoerythrin.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western Blot. ELISA. Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2Reconstitution: Restore with 2.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).

Lagerung: Prior to reconstitution store at 2-8°C. Following reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one monthor (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
