Applikationshinweise: ELISA: 1/20,000. Western blot: 1/500-1/3,000 (Expect a band approximately 102 kDa in size correspondingto LGR4 protein in the appropriate cell lysate or extract). Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 5 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
