Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: To insure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by ELISA, PCFIA and/or flow cytometry for conformance to characteristics of a standard reference reagent. FITC conjugate: <= 1 µg/10 6 cells, AP conjugate: 1:2,000-1:4,000, HRP conjugate: 1:4,000-1:8,000.

Reinigung: Cross Absorption: Pooled human sera and purified human paraproteins. Purification:Affinity chromatography on mouse IgG covalently coupled to agarose. Gel filtration chromatography of pepsin digested antibody.

Buffer: The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2-8°C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg
